Do I need a credit card?

We do not require any credit card information to create an account on GANTTplanner. However if you want to upgrade to a Premium subscription a credit card is required.

What kind of credit cards are accepted?

We accept the following credit cards including debit and prepaid versions:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express

When do I get billed?

All our subscriptions are billed monthly according to your subscription plan. Your credit card will get charged at the time you buy the subscription and each successive month until you cancel the subscription.

Billing is done by our payment provider Stripe, Inc. (www.stripe.com) and we do not store your credit card details in our own system.

Is there a billing history?

The billing history is located in the account settings.
  1. Make sure you are logged-in into GANTTplanner.
  2. Click on "Account" in the top header to open the account settings.
  3. See section "Billing history".

How can I cancel my subscription?

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in your account settings.
  1. Make sure you are logged-in into GANTTplanner.
  2. Click on "Account" in the top header to open the account settings.
  3. In the subscription section click "Cancel subscription".
